Our ERISA Representation for Individuals

We represent men and women who have long term disability needs and participated in an employer-sponsored long term disability plan. In these situations, ERISA governs the rights of the employer and the employee. If you have filed a legitimate disability claim under ERISA and your claim has been denied, we can help. It is important to contact us before your administrative appeal rights have expired.

When your disability claim has been wrongfully denied, you must file an administrative appeal under ERISA before you can file a lawsuit. We will be your advocate throughout the administrative process, working hard to address all the issues and marshal all the evidence, so that when we take your claim to court, there is only one way the court can rule.

We also handle ERISA claims for employee pension plans. We will advocate for the plan and its recipients when there are legal disputes regarding eligibility for pension benefits, the amount of benefits paid or any acts of an employer or pension administrator.
